چکیده
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance (WLB) yang diduga memiliki terhadap employee performance (EP) dengan job stress (JS), satisfaction (JST), commitment (JC) sebagai mediasi. Data digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer bersumber kuesioner disebarkan kepada responden. Sampel adalah pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pajak bekerja di unit KPP wilayah kerja Jakarta Barat menggunakan metode convenience sampling sehingga peroleh 293 responden menjadi sampel.
