PENGARUH WORK LIFFE BALANCE TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE DENGAN JOB STRESS DAN JOB COMMITMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

چکیده

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance (WLB) yang diduga memiliki terhadap employee performance (EP) dengan job stress (JS), satisfaction (JST), commitment (JC) sebagai mediasi. Data digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer bersumber kuesioner disebarkan kepada responden. Sampel adalah pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pajak bekerja di unit KPP wilayah kerja Jakarta Barat menggunakan metode convenience sampling sehingga peroleh 293 responden menjadi sampel. Analisis uji hipotesis analisis PLS SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh positif performance, dan dapat memediasi work-life
